Gertrude W. Proud
Age 93, of Bethlehem, PA formerly of Mendenhall, PA passed away on Friday June 15, 2007 at Sacred Heart Senior Living, Center Valley, PA.
She was the wife of the late William John Proud. Born in Parkersville, PA she was the daughter of the late S. Archie and Katherine Webb. She retired in 1976 from Strawbridge & Clothier in Wilmington, DE.
She is survived by 1 son, John W. Proud; 2 daughters, Jean P. Oas, and Gloria P. Johnson; grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Her funeral service will be at 1:30 pm on Tuesday, June 19, 2007 at the KUZO & GRIECO FUNERAL HOME, INC., 250 West State Street, Kennett Square, PA. Burial will be in Longwood Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions to Bethany United Presbyterian Church, P.O. Box 18, Mendenhall, PA 19357; or to the Hospice of the VNA of St. Luke's, 2455 Black River Road, Bethlehem, PA 18015.
